Privacy Policy

To deliver your Career Roadmap we collect:

• Name, email, optional phone
• Birth date, time, place (for chart computation)
• Résumé / CV file (PDF) — used to cross-reference with chart
• Payment metadata via Razorpay (we never see your card / UPI ID)
• Standard analytics (Meta Pixel, GA4) — aggregated, no PII

Birth details + résumé are used by our platform to generate your report, grounded in classical Parashari Vedic texts and reviewed by our team of experienced Vedic astrologers before delivery. The PDF is emailed straight to you. Phone is only used if you reach out for support or if we need to recover a stuck order.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your résumé or birth details with anyone outside our platform team and processing infrastructure (which operates under strict no-training-data agreements). Your data is never used for model training.

Data lives in Supabase (Postgres + S3-equivalent storage), region: Mumbai. Resumes are kept for 12 months after delivery, then auto-deleted. Reports themselves and lead records are kept indefinitely so you can re-download / we can serve repeat purchases.

You can request a full export or full deletion at any time via support@astronaukri.com. We respond within 7 working days. If you delete, your data is purged from our DB and storage; backups roll off within 30 days.

We use first-party cookies for session + form state. Third-party tracking pixels are limited to Meta and Google Analytics, both for ad attribution. You can opt out via your browser settings or any standard ad-blocker without breaking the site.
