Refund Policy

If you request a refund within 24 hours of payment and before your report email has been dispatched, we will issue a 100% refund via Razorpay to your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Once your report has been emailed (the digital product has been delivered), the purchase is non-refundable. This is because the Career Roadmap is a one-time, custom-generated digital deliverable based on your birth chart and résumé — it cannot be returned or resold.

If you genuinely believe the report was not generated correctly (wrong birth details, file corrupted, etc.), email us within 7 days and we'll regenerate it free of charge.

The Monthly Compass (₹499/month) can be cancelled any time from your Razorpay subscription link. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle once cancelled, but the already-paid current month is non-refundable.

Email hello@astronaukri.com with your payment ID (sent to you in the Razorpay confirmation email) and the reason. We'll respond within 2 working days.

Reports are guidance, not prediction. We do not refund based on "the recommendations did not come true" or similar — please read the astrology disclaimer before purchase.
